At Elvari Pharma, we are committed to providing efficient and flexible delivery options to ensure your experience is seamless and convenient.
Flexible Delivery Options:
Through our trusted delivery partners, DHL and DPD, Elvari Pharma customers can amend their delivery preferences in-flight for added flexibility. You can:

Receipt of Orders:
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm and verify the delivery address for every order placed to ensure the safe and timely receipt of all products purchased from Elvari Pharma.
Elvari Pharma is not liable for any failed deliveries or delays caused by our third-party couriers. Customers must make arrangements with the courier for redelivery or collection from a depot (if available).
Cold Chain Products
For orders containing cold chain items (e.g., temperature-sensitive products), it is crucial to collect your parcel from a neighbor or pick-up shop within 24 hours to maintain the product's integrity and the cold chain.
Tracking:
For real-time tracking and delivery updates, we recommend downloading the DPD app. To ensure precise delivery, customers can also use the What3words app to provide exact location coordinates.
UK Deliveries:
Orders placed before 5:30 PM Monday–Thursday: Dispatched with Next Day Delivery via DPD.
Orders placed between 5:30 PM Thursday and 5:30 PM Friday: Dispatched with Next Day Saturday Delivery. This ensures refrigerated products are managed effectively.
Orders placed after 5:30 PM Friday–Sunday: Processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Upgrades:
Next Day by 10:30 AM or 12 PM services are available for an additional fee.
Availability is subject to location.
Note: If the delivery address is updated via the DPD app on the day of delivery, we cannot guarantee the parcel will arrive the same day.
European & Overseas Deliveries:
Standard delivery time: 3–5 working days.
While over 98% of parcels dispatched via DHL and DPD arrive on time, Elvari Pharma cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers and will not be liable for consequential losses.
Cold Chain Items (International)
For failed deliveries of cold chain products, redelivery or depot collection must occur within 72 hours from dispatch to maintain the cold chain.
Elvari Pharma is not liable for any cold chain orders collected outside this timeframe and will not issue refunds or replacements for products that breach temperature guidelines.
Returns Information
At Elvari Pharma, we are dedicated to ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. However, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is faulty.
The product is incorrect.
The product is not fit for purpose.
Important: Once products have left our supply chain, we cannot guarantee they have been stored as per manufacturer guidelines. Therefore, in the interest of patient safety, returned products cannot be resold.
Returns Process:
Contact our Customer Service Team immediately upon receiving a faulty, incorrect, or unfit product.
Do not dispose of the product. We cannot process refunds or replacements if the product has been discarded.
